Donkey Work - Donkeys for Children's Rides

In the summer season our donkeys can be found at Scarborough on the wide and sandy North Beach where they give children the traditional donkey rides by the seaside.

Pictured right are Samson and Bobby, giving a ride to their friends, Rosie and Freddie from Wetherby.

They come to Scarborough a few times every year to see their favourite donkeys and have a ride along the beach!

You don't always have to come to Scarborough to see our donkeys because we can also bring our donkeys to see you!

Where? - Practically anywhere within a reasonable distance from Scarborough
When? - For your Show, Gala, Country Fayre, Fête or Private Party
Why? - Because donkeys enjoy their work and making new friends and so do we!

The Donkeys - We can provide up to three experienced adult riding donkeys and their handlers for children's rides.

The Track
We require a track of 100 yards (approximately) to lead the donkeys as the children ride up and down.
(NB. Maximum age thirteen (13) years.
Weight limit: Eight (8) stones).

The Price: Depends on the location, distance, transport and cost of the appearance.
